Contact us
A question about an order, a compatibility, a return or a professional account: here is how to reach us, and what to send so the first reply is the useful one.
By email
The simplest route for anything involving a reference, a photo or a video.

141 Rue La Fayette, 75010 Paris, FranceSee the address on a mapOpening hours
- Every day: 10am – 8pm
Calls and emails received outside these hours are handled when we reopen.
Response time
We answer emails within one working day. A return or warranty request that comes with a video is handled faster — it is what lets us decide without a further exchange.
What to tell us
A few details save a whole round trip. Depending on why you are writing:
Order, payment or delivery
Shipment tracking, invoices, changing or cancelling before dispatch, a parcel damaged on delivery.
- Your order number.
- For a damaged parcel: the photographs taken before opening, and the reservations written on the carrier's delivery note.
Return or warranty
A faulty part, a withdrawal, a wrong reference delivered. Read the return policy first: it gives the deadline that applies to your product.
- Your order number and the product reference.
- A description of the fault.
- A short video of the problem, on a device whose remaining hardware works.
Whether a part fits
Unsure before ordering? That is the best moment to write: a reference ordered by mistake and then opened can no longer be taken back.
- The exact device model, variant included, as shown in its settings.
- The reference of the product you are considering.
- If you can, a photograph of the original connector or flex cable.
Professional account
Opening an account for a repair shop, supporting documents, or chasing an application under review.
- Your trading name and shop address.
- Your tax identification number.
- Your proof of trading and the manager's identity document.
Contractual questions
Deadlines, warranties and return rules are set out on their own pages. If a disagreement persists, the route to follow — a written complaint, then consumer mediation — is in the last article of the terms and conditions of sale.
